New here? Enroll in minutes.
Welcome aboard. Your benefits live in Employee Navigator — this quick 8-step walkthrough gets you signed up, dependents added, and elections locked in one sitting.
Log in with the credentials your HR administrator sent you, then click Start. From there, jump into the 8 steps.
Your 8-step enrollment path
Every new hire follows the same flow in Employee Navigator. Start on the left, finish on the right — most people wrap in about 15 minutes.
You & your household
Log in, verify your info, and add the people you'll cover.
Log in to Employee Navigator
Go to employeenavigator.com using the instructions HR sent you. Use Chrome or Firefox for best results.
Click Start, then Begin Enrollment
On your Employee Home, find the New Hire Enrollment card and click Start → Begin Enrollment.
Verify your personal information
Click Get Started and fill in all required fields. Review carefully, then Save & Continue.
Add dependents
Add spouse and/or children — even if you're not covering them yet. Having them on file makes future changes faster.
Complete any extra info if requested
Some employers ask for emergency contacts, employment docs, Medicare status, prior coverage, or health details. Fill in what applies.
Choose & sign
Compare plans, make your picks, and lock everything in with your e-signature.
Compare and select each benefit
Review each plan side-by-side. Click Select to enroll or Don't Want This Benefit? to waive. Then Save & Continue to move on.
Review your summary & per-pay-period cost
You'll see every election and your total contribution per pay period. Double-check names, coverage tiers, and dependents.
Sign to complete enrollment
Click Sign to Complete Enrollment then Click to Sign. Elections aren't final until you sign — this is the step people miss.
You're enrolled.
You'll get a confirmation and can return to your Employee Home any time to view or download your benefit summary.
From your Employee Home
All eight steps happen inside Employee Navigator. Your HR admin gave you your log-in — bookmark it now so open enrollment, life events, and mid-year account changes all live in one place.
▲ Before you click Sign — 3 things to know
Signing is what finalizes it
You are not enrolled until you sign step 8. A completed summary alone doesn't count — the e-signature is what locks it in.
Add dependents early
Adding spouse/children in step 4 doesn't enroll them — you'll pick their coverage later. But it saves time on every future update.
Chrome or Firefox works best
Employee Navigator recommends Google Chrome or Firefox. Other browsers can cause fields to freeze or the signature step to loop.
Which benefit selection button does what?
Select enrolls you in that plan. Don't Want This Benefit? waives it. You must pick one for every benefit before moving on — that's what unlocks the summary in step 7.
I got stuck at the signature — what now?
Switch to Chrome or Firefox, log back in, and go back into New Hire Enrollment. Your work is saved. If Click to Sign still won't fire, contact your HR admin or Waugh Agency and we'll unstick it.
Can I change my elections after I sign?
Once your enrollment window closes, changes require a Qualifying Life Event (marriage, birth, loss of coverage, etc.) — with a few exceptions like HSA/parking/transit that can be updated any time.
Where's my confirmation?
After you sign, Employee Navigator emails a confirmation and posts your benefit summary on your Employee Home. You can download it as a PDF from there any time.
Stuck? We've got you.
Waugh Agency is your benefits partner. If something's off in the portal, or you just want a second pair of eyes on your elections before you sign, reach out.
